Nailympia London Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms & conditions carefully. You should understand that by booking a place with Nailympia London at any UK location or online, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

 

Taking part in Nailympia London

The promoter of Nailympia London reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, the list of judges and timetables advertised without notice. While every effort will be made to keep the locations as booked, Nailympia London reserves the right to change the location of its events if necessary. Nailympia London cannot be held responsible for costs, loss of earnings or accommodation and travel expenses due to cancellations. Likewise, Nailympia London and its team cannot be held accountable for competitors entering the wrong division. It is important for all competitors to check and make sure they have entered the correct division for their skill set, educator and award-winning status. The guidelines for divisions are very clear and noted on the website. If you’re unsure about the correct division for your entry, in the first instance please contact Alex Fox & Lisa Ebbens at admin@nailympia.com

 

Payment

Full payment is taken at the point of registration and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you cannot compete, you must notify us in writing at admin@nailympia.com

 

Postponement & Cancellations

In the event that Nailympia London has to postpone/reschedule, all competitor entry monies received, will be transferred to the next available Nailympia London. Should the event be classified cancelled by the promoter (Seed Publishing Ltd), all competitors entry monies received will be refunded.

 

COVID-19

Nailympia London will follow government guidelines at the time of the competition taking place. For this reason, please be aware that the requirements to compete may change in the lead up to the competition taking place.

 

Copyright 

Nailympia London does not allow artwork that breaches copyright law and reserves the right to disqualify with immediate effect anything/anyone that contravenes this law. Please do not enter with art that is under copyright.

 

Written communications 

We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices across our website/social media platforms. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Imagery

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to images of yourself, and your work being used by Nailympia London for promotional purposes on social media, advertising, across our websites and other communication platforms around the world where advertising and promoting Nailympia London takes place.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter (Seed Publishing Ltd).
