Why did you choose to join the Nailympia circuit?: I chose to join the Nailympia circuit because I was ready to challenge myself at the highest professional level. For me, competition is not just about medals — it is about growth, discipline & pushing beyond comfort. Nailympia represents excellence in our industry, with strict judging criteria & world-class competitors. I wanted to test my skills on an international stage & hold myself accountable to global standards. Competing forces precision, time management, structure & constant refinement of technique. It elevates not only artistry, but professionalism. I joined the circuit because I believe that true mastery begins where comfort ends & Nailympia is exactly that space.
What has winning at Nailympia done for your career & confidence?: Winning at Nailympia strengthened my confidence in ways that go far beyond a title. It validated the countless hours of disciplined practice & confirmed that my work meets international standards.
Personally, competing at this championship transformed my mindset. It shifted the way I see my own limits. Instead of questioning whether I am good enough, I now consistently ask myself: How much better can I become? Each competition resets my standard & pushes me to refine my skills, elevate my precision, and grow beyond what I previously thought was possible.
It gave me the clarity & belief to set bigger goals & continue evolving.
Industry accolades: I am a multi-division Nailympia medalist who progressed from Division 1 through Division 2 & into Division 3, the highest competitive level within the circuit. In Division 1, I was awarded 2nd Place in the Reality Nails category. In Division 2, I earned 1st Place in Stiletto Nails. I also received 2nd Place in Gel Polish, 2nd Place in Joy of Nails & 2nd Place in Stiletto & Beyond & 3rd Place in Salon Nails. In Division 3, the highest level of competition, I achieved 1st Place in Manicure Poster. I was awarded 2nd Place in Gel Polish & 3rd Place in Salon Nails, Stiletto Nails, UV Gel Competition Nails & Joy of Nails. I am also a two-time Bronze Winner in Division 3 at the Global Talent Beauty Cup.
Beyond competition, I run my private nail studio, Nail Space & have been a licensed nail professional in the State of Ohio since 2023.
Favourite nail brands: I began my nail career in Ukraine, so many of the brands I work with are the ones I trusted from the very beginning of my professional journey. These include Lunamoon, Hey Love, Nails of the Day, GeMely, Nika Zemlyanikina, FOX, Edlen, Staleks & Ostro. I grew as a professional using these products & I truly value their quality & innovation. Since moving to the United States, I also work with brands such as Gel-Point, Luxio, LeChat, Kokoist & Light Elegance. Within each brand, there are specific products that I personally love & trust.
Career biography: I have loved doing nails since I was young. At 14 years old, I bought my first nail materials from the brand Andreia Professional & started practicing on my friends. What began as something I simply enjoyed slowly grew into a real passion. In 2017, I started working in a salon & began building my professional experience. From 2019 to 2022, I was living in Slovakia, where I worked as a nail technician while also studying at university. Since 2023, I have been working as a licensed nail technician in Ohio, USA. I opened my own small private studio, where I focus on quality, clean work & constant improvement. Now, another nail technician has joined my studio & works under my guidance. In 2025, I began competing in nail championships. Competitions truly changed my perspective & gave me a new level of motivation, pushing me to grow even more as a professional.
Personal biography: I am a nail technician based in Ohio with a passion for creativity & personal growth. Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband & exploring new places together. We always enjoy trying new dishes & experiencing local food wherever we go. I also love dancing, although I do not have much time for it right now & I hope to return to it one day. I stay inspired through beauty, art & new experiences.
Why you believe in nail competitions?: I believe in nail competitions because preparing for a championship is like taking several advanced training courses at the same time — but with real deadlines, pressure & purpose. It pushes you to grow faster, improve your technique & step outside of your comfort zone. Competitions also connect you with talented & inspiring people from around the world, creating motivation, friendships & new opportunities. They challenge not only your skills, but also your mindset & confidence.
Advice to other competitors: Never give up & never stop believing in yourself. The moment you enter a competition, you are already better than you were yesterday, because you chose growth over comfort. Every challenge helps you improve your skills, discipline & confidence. Competition becomes exciting - once you start pushing yourself to grow, it is hard to stop. Keep learning, keep practicing & enjoy!
